POVILE
A small coastal town with only 200 inhabitants, two kilometers from Novi Vinodolski. It is situated along the Adriatic main road and extends into two bays, where there are tourist resorts and three autocamps. The sea is crystal clear and perfect for fishing and underwater activities.

Povile is the ideal holiday resort for those who want a quiet Mediterranean atmosphere and crystal clear water. Excellent gastronomic offers can be found in the tourist resort or private restaurants, which offer a rich selection of seafood and national specialties.

Four family houses marked A, B, C and D are located 100 m air distance from the sea and 200 m walking distance from the local port (see gallery). The houses will be built under the Adriatic main road in the sea direction.

Each house has three housing units, one on the ground floor, one on the first floor and one in the second floor with parking space and corresponding garden area at ground level, which will be owner-registered together with the housing floor as a condominium.

Each apartment has a spacious terrace oriented towards the sea looking south or southwest.
