Construction of buildings is a combination of reinforced concrete slabs and brick walls 25 cm thick with external thermal insulation, 5 cm thick with a final finish façade painted pastel colors, with a total thickness of 30 cm. Internal walls are made of brick, 25 cm thick, and the partition walls of brick 8 and 12 cm. The roof structure is meant to be built of slanted concrete slab with a covering of quality tiles.

The walls will be covered with roughcast and painted with dispersion paint. Walls in the bathrooms will be tiled with ceramic tiles. Height of wall tiling in bathrooms will be 250 cm from the floor, +70 to +140 cm in kitchens, +160 cm where there’s a cooker hood.

The flooring system is a floating floor, for the protection from clump noise. Floor coverings are mostly ceramic tiles of standard dimensions or by arrangement according to the choice of the buyer.

Joinery is  made of PVC profiles of standard dimensions and quality, and protection from will be provided by installing external aluminum shutters. The windows are made of insulated glass.

The apartments are equipped with spare SCHIEDEL chimney type UNI plus 20.

Plumbing and sewage, electricity and telephone will be connected to a public network, except for the sewer which will be connected to the pit until a public sewage network is built. Hot water will be provided by electric water heaters. Air-conditioning in each housing unit is intended for cooling (and possibly heating) of residential premises.
Each of the apartments has its own water and electricity meter.

The garden area will be decorated, enclosed by stone walls and partially filled with earth.
