SUPERVISION
Our services include supervision of the construction of all types of building construction and civil engineering, all in accordance with the Act on Physical Planning and Building (NN 76/07) and Act on Architectural and Engineering Activities in Physical Planning and Building.
MANAGEMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CONSULTING, ENGINEERING AND INVESTOR REPRESENTATION IN ALL PHASES OF THE PROJECT REALIZATION
Management of the construction project includes the following tasks:
• financial, legal and technical consulting regarding design, construction, occupancy and displacement of the buildings
• financial, legal and technical preparation and planning of activities regarding the construction and monitoring of the execution of the plan
• selecting the architect, the auditor, the supervising engineer, the contractor, licensed geodetic engineers and other people who are involved in the building process and consulting about work contracts
• linking and coordinating the work of the designer, the auditor, the supervising engineer, the contractor, licensed geodetic engineers and other personnel involved in the construction and supervision of their work in order to protect the rights and interests of the investor
• obtaining documents, analysis, studies, reports and other documents required for making of the preliminary, main and executive design and building displacement project
• obtaining documentation and entering legal transactions necessary for issuing of the regulations for the implementation of physical planning documents, construction, occupancy and / or displacement of buildings and provision of these acts
• obtaining documentation and entering legal transactions necessary for the construction and performing actions which the investor is obligated to perform during the construction of the building
